The "Standard" Hours of Operation for the heating and air conditioning systems are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Special arrangements can be made Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm to schedule before or after the standard operational hours. The extended hours will result in an additional fee to be added to your next monthly statement. The tenant representative can simply complete the OVII_-_Overtime_HVAC__Request_form.pdf, agree to the associated to the pricing, and returning the above mentioned form to the Property Management Office by 3pm.
Please note that all request must be made at least 24- 48 hours prior to the request date.
If the temperature in your office needs adjusted during standard operating hours, please contact the Property Management Office at 770-319-8900 or Overlook@Goddard-Group.com. Your call will be referred immediately to engineering personnel.
